Dr. Shiran Zimri is the VP of R&D and Country Lead, Canada, at NeuroSense Therapeutics, where she leads cross-functional efforts to advance innovative therapies for neurodegenerative diseases.
With over a decade of experience in neuroscience and development, Dr. Zimri has been with NeuroSense since its formative stages, playing an integral role in its evolution into a publicly traded company progressing toward late-stage clinical trials.
Throughout her career, she has worked to bridge science and strategy, supporting collaborations, advancing clinical programs, and contributing to scientific publications and global conferences.
In addition to her professional work, Dr. Zimri is passionate about science education and community engagement. She mentors young women in STEM and volunteers with organizations including the BIO International Committee,” We”, “Bashaar,” and “Midaat” to help promote equity and public understanding of science.
She holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Tel Aviv University.
