Noa has over 15 years of experience in the Regulatory Affairs field, from early stages of product development to regulatory registration, submissions and approval of drugs and cell therapy products in different markets such as the USA, EU, Canada and Israel. She held the positions of Regulatory Affairs Manager at VBL Therapeutics Ltd., and Quality and Regulatory Affairs Project Manager position at GSAP.
Ms. Shabtay holds an M.Sc. in Biology from Ben Gurion University.
